As the Cardholder, you are responsible for maintaining copies of transaction records and adhering to Merchant policies and rules. Additionally, as the User, you are accountable for keeping your account information confidential.

Auto Servicing Terms

All of our online service packages are specifically structured around service and labor charges and do not include any parts cost. Any parts required will be an additional expense, and both parties will agree upon the cost, with the customer making the full payment upon the service’s completion but before the vehicle is delivered.

Collections and Deliveries

Our complimentary delivery and collection service is offered by Dubai Recovery Service or one of our authorized service agents. Avail of this convenient service at no additional cost when you purchase any service package online. After making a booking, our driver will promptly arrive at the location you’ve designated. They will conduct an on-site inspection and provide a damage report. Your confirmation signature will be required upon completion of the inspection. We will then send this report to you via email and SMS, using the contact information provided during your registration on DubaiRecoveryService.com.

Before handing your vehicle to our driver, please ensure that all your valuables and belongings are removed, as we cannot be held liable for any missing items. Kindly note that during the service process, your vehicle may be moved between multiple departments, including third-party workshops. Although we trust our workshops, we cannot assume responsibility for any missing items.

Please be aware that pick-up and delivery charges may be applicable and are based on the locations of pick-up and drop-off. If you decide to cancel the services or repair jobs after the vehicle has been collected from your location, the relevant pick-up and delivery charges will still apply.

Payment Options

To secure your booking, please make the payment online using our secure payment gateway. At the time of booking, you will be charged solely for the service package selected. Please be aware that our service packages do not cover the cost of parts, which will be an additional charge. Once the complimentary vehicle health check is completed, we will provide you with the pricing details for the required parts and any additional work that your car may need.

While payment for service parts is mandatory, any extra work is entirely optional. Should you prefer, you are welcome to get your vehicle repaired elsewhere. We accept Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED, SAR, OMR & QAR as payment methods.

Once the payment process is completed, a confirmation notice will be sent to your email within 24 hours.

Parts and Accessories

When making a reservation for parts, you have two available choices:

Choice one permits you to provide your own parts. If you opt for this alternative, kindly ensure that you leave the parts in the vehicle on the day of the service. It is crucial to note that with this option, we cannot offer any warranty or guarantee for the parts you supply. Nevertheless, we will still provide a labor warranty for any service or repair work performed on your vehicle.

Alternatively, option two allows you to purchase your parts directly from Dubai Recovery Service. We offer both Genuine parts and aftermarket parts based on your affordability and budget. While we highly recommend installing genuine parts as per the manufacturers’ recommendations, rest assured that all our parts come with a twelve-month or 10000 KM warranty/guarantee against defective products. Our sourced parts are of the utmost quality and offered at the most competitive prices.

Please bear in mind that any special order parts will require payment in advance. Once the parts are ordered from the suppliers, the order becomes non-refundable. Additionally, the shipment of special order parts may experience delays due to third-party logistics. However, we assure you that we will promptly notify you once the parts arrive.

DubaiRecoveryService’s parts warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not extend to include wear and tear of components during the warranty period.

  • To obtain the warranty certificate, customers must fulfill all required services and make the necessary payments. The certificate will specify the start and end dates of the warranty period. Please be aware that electrical component failures are not covered by the warranty.
  • Any alterations, such as uninstalling, reinstalling, or damaging parts during jobs or repairs carried out by DubaiRecoveryService, will void the warranty coverage.
  • DubaiRecoveryService will not be held responsible for any consequential damages to installed parts if the vehicle remains stranded in the workshop for more than 30 days.
  • For all warranty claims, the affected parts will be uninstalled and reviewed by our technical team. The timeline for vehicle delivery will depend on the availability of replacement parts and the progress of repairs.
  • Please note that during warranty claims, DubaiRecoveryService will only be liable for the collection and delivery of the vehicle; Courtesy Cars or Rental Cars will not be provided during this period.
  • Initial diagnosing and recovery charges will apply to all returning or complaint vehicles, regardless of the warranty policy. However, if the concerns are related to previous jobs or repairs performed by DubaiRecoveryService, these charges will be waived off.

Please be aware that used parts and parts sourced by the customer are not covered under the warranty provided by DubaiRecoveryService.

Laws and Jurisdiction

All service contracts with us will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any dispute or claim arising from or related to such contracts will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.

Accessibility and Use

Refund and Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations may be requested up to seven days before the scheduled service date. However, any cancellations made within seven days leading up to the service date will not be eligible for a refund. To initiate a cancellation and refund request, please send an email to info@dubairecoveryservice.ae with the subject line “Refund and Cancellation.” In the email, provide your name and vehicle registration details using the following format: “REFUND AND CANCELLATION – Ahmad – V 62934.”

Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment used for the transaction. The processing time for refunds will vary, ranging from 10 to 45 days, depending on the policies of the credit card issuer.

Please be aware that promotional offers are non-refundable and will not be eligible for reimbursement.


All prices displayed online and in quotations are stated as exclusive of the government Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 5%, as per the regulations of the United Arab Emirates. The VAT amount will be applied to the final invoice.
